"The same party that used to preach peace, tolerance, and
inclusivity (mostly platitudes when you look at its history, which I
will) has now become the party of hate, violence, and suppression of
free speech."
Total bullshit. But, yet another promise. *sigh* Sure, what ever.
This is the problem when you try to pack too much in the message. You are garbling it all up.
But, I'll wait with explaining this one to your deeper look on the Democrats.
One thing, though. A platitude is something repeated so often that people are tired of hearing it. It doesn't mean it's untrue.
It
is also interesting how "hand-to-hand combat in protests" is never the
other side's fault. "It takes two to make a quarrel" is an unknown
proverb to these people. (Lack of accountability, lack of theory of
mind. Typical.) Let's ignore how many of these combats were started by
Righties. Let's ignore how many of these combats were between Righties,
with no involvement of the Lefties. Let's ignore how many of the combats
were blown out of proportion, like when Rand and Kelley Paul were
"attacked by an angry mob". (They weren't attacked, there wasn't a mob.
They were confronted by protesters, and because they have been reading
and believing all the Rightie propaganda, they were scared out of their
wits, and unable to assess the situation correctly. Yeah, watch the
videos. Not just some heavily edited propaganda versions.)
BTW, what about when a registered Republican and an avid Trump supporter drove his car into a group of protesters, killing a person and injuring several? Are you aware that there are people who claim he was a Hillary Clinton supporter, that he was paid by someone to do it, that he was provoked to do this, and all kinds of apologetics. That the President waited for two days before he condemned this violence (at least that), didn't make it any better. He's really quick to tweet about things that bother him, so I assume this didn't really bother him much. Someone probably told him he needs to say something.
And
then Donnie says that the people called extreme left activists aren't
that, they are just angry people who like to fight people (and live in
their parents' basement). But that doesn't stop him from blaming the
left, Antifa and BLM for it.
Violence against journalists? Let's talk about that...
RSF Index 2019: Institutional attacks on the press in the US and Canada
(The
six journalists killed 2019, which made USA one of the 10 deadliest
countries for journalists, were 4 people who were killed in a personal
vendetta between the killer and the newspaper, and 2 who died in an
accident.)
Righties threaten anyone who doesn't go along with
their twisted ideas. More death threats thrown around by righties than
lefties. And Righties love guns and aren't afraid to use them. Antifa
throws milkshakes.
"They’re
not exactly the most physically imposing people in the world (that’s
what happens when you live on nothing but soy lattes and veggie
burgers), but the sheer force of their numbers is shocking"
You might want to watch The Game Changers.
But,
let's see... we have this army of emaciated losers living in their
parents' basements, don't have guns, don't have money, and... you are
scared to death by them? Because they are so many? And they are so mean
on the internet?
"They have allowed hate to spread at a rate we haven’t seen since the era of civil rights, when Democrats—the party that founded the KKK, in case you’ve forgotten—would organize lynch mobs and counterprotests all across the South, most of which ended in horrific violence."
The Democrat party did not found the KKK.
Also, I wouldn't put the blame of the Southern racism on just Democrats. Southern Republicans were worse. And on top of that, things have been changing. The Democrats aren't Strom Thurmond's Democrats, and the Republicans haven't been Abraham Lincoln's Republicans for a long time. The Southerners have never been. So much so that the Republicans apologized for their civil rights era racist campaign strategies in 2005 in effort to gather black voters.
Were Republicans really the party of civil rights in the 1960s?
How the Republican Party Became The Party of Racism
Firstly, "these people" - who are you talking about now? Democrats, Antifa, The Resistance, the Basement Vegans?
Secondly, you are just your father's son. You'll slip back into "who's that?" next year. You are nobody's "top target".
Thirdly,
considering how much dust you beat up about being hated just because of
your dad, it is interesting how much you spread hatred against Hunter
Biden. Shame on you. All the other Presidential children have solidarity
on each other, Chelsea Clinton even defended your brother. I suppose
gratitude is not something you people do.
"After the election,
I became the guy who receives the second highest number of death
threats in the country (according to the Secret Service, second only to
my father)."
Prove it. I haven't been able to find any evidence
of this claim, no evidence of any number or even estimation on how many
death threats your daddy receives. I am 100% certain of that this is not
true. I am 100% certain of that Obama still receives more death threats
than you ever will. Prove me wrong.
"Here’s what the
exploding letter filled with powder that sent my then wife and a member
of my Secret Service detail to the hospital said: “You are an awful
person. This is why people hate you. You are getting what you deserve.
So shut the f—k up.”"
That sounds so scary... when in reality
it was a letter (not exploding) with corn starch, addressed to you and
opened by your wife... why did she open letters to you? Your wife was
taken to hospital just in case. Her health and life was never in danger.
"Keep in mind that I hadn’t done anything to that person"
Are you sure? He told you to shut up and stop whining because you are getting what you deserve... is there possibly something you have done that might have given this guy the expression that you were whining because you didn't like people telling you what they thought about you?
Also, Bernie Sanders hasn't done anything to you. Elizabeth Warren hasn't done anything to you. Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Barack Obama, the Clintons, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, or any other of those dozens of people you attack in this book, hasn't done anything to you.
Most of the people on the internet you keep "having opinions on"
haven't done anything to you either. They also "just have an opinion",
write things, give speeches - exercise their freedom of expression.
Why
should yours be respected, but theirs not? Why should you be allowed to
say anything you like, attack people, call people names, accuse people
of things that aren't true, and spread lies, but when someone else does
it, it's suddenly SOOOO TERRRRIBLE!!!
"who, by the way, turned out to be a liberal activist and an Elizabeth Warren donor"
How
do you define "liberal activist"? This guy was one of those "young men
living in their mother's basement", and his "activism" consisted of
internet and sending letters. "He has significant developmental issues from brain damage at birth, autism and anxiety disorder."
And when it comes to him donating to ActBlue, here's some people who donate to Donald Trump:
This "right-wing activist and Trump supporter" send letters with actual explosives
to people, including Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and
Kamala Harris. Now, they weren't bombs, there was nothing to set them
off, and these letters were intercepted before they reached their
target, but... explosives are a bit more serious than corn starch, don't
you think?
On July 20, 2012, a person
armed with multiple firearmes, walked in a movie theater in Aurora
Colorado, and started shooting. 12 people were killed, 70 others
injured.
Your comment: “Overall I give the movie two thumbs up.”
How would it feel if someone said "I give the baseball game two thumbs up"?
"The man ran down a steep hill to gain momentum"
What
steep hill?
Rand Paul was sitting on his riding lawn mower, mowing
grass. I'm not defending the attacker, but there is 17 years of
arguments between the neighbors, and no reason to assume the attack was
politically motivated.
You also exaggerate Paul's injuries. As if it wasn't bad enough as it was. I mean... why do that? It's openly available information, why exaggerate?
"As he was recovering, the left celebrated"
I find that hard to believe.
Tom Arnold's tweet was a response to another tweet.
Mehdi Hasan:
1) Paul claims Omar called America a ‘terrible country’. She never said it. A lie.
2) Paul hails America’s refugee record, ignoring the Muslim ban.
2) Omar has visited Somalia more than Paul has - & knows far more about it.
3) Paul’s dad published a white nationalist news letter
This was a response to yet another tweet:
Sara A. Carter:
@RandPaul
on @IlhanMN: "I’m willing to contribute to buy her a ticket to visit
#Somalia... she can look and maybe learn a little bit about the disaster
that is Somalia." “After she’s visited Somalia she might come back and
appreciate America more.”
Omar never said USA is a terrible country or a rotten country. Senator Paul said she did. If you think people shouldn't get upset when other people lie about them, why the heck did you write this book? Hypocrite.
This
is why Ilhan Omar retweeted Tom Arnold's tweet. He was showing support
to her, against Rand Paul's "lying cowardly circular whiny bullcrap". It
had nothing to do with Rand Paul getting attacked, and everything to do
with her being attacked by Rand Paul.
"they won’t say anything about Omar allegedly marrying her brother"
Why would they? It's a really sinister, racist lie.
"to enter the country illegally"
Because she didn't. She was 13 when her family came to USA, as legal asylum seekers. Five years later she became US citizen.
You know who
did enter the country illegally, dated a married man, and later married
him, to become US citizen, while being in the country illegally? Melania Knavs Trump.
And she brought in her parents, too! Three moochers who do nothing for USA, and you attack an American Congresswoman?
"she’s not exactly the moral authority the media makes her out to be"
I haven't heard anyone say she's a moral authority. Do you have any sources on that?
I didn't think so. Just another strawman.
Your
brother SAYS he was spat on. Judging by the content of this book, and
what your daddy has said, I wouldn't believe his word. The restaurant owner did. The woman lost
her job.
Nevertheless, the trumpettes attacked the restaurant.
We don't know if she
spit on him, or if she did, why. No-one has asked her. She would probably be lynched if people knew who she was. And not by Democrats.
Now, of course
patrons shouldn't be spat on, and if she did, it's only right she lost
her job.
But there is nothing to imply she did it because she's a
"looney leftie". Maybe she's someone Eric had an affair with, and is now trying to hide it?
Sarah
Huckabee Sanders was asked to leave, because of political differences.
It all went very civilly and peacefully. No problems. Except that Sarah
Huckabee Sanders decided to make it into an issue by tweeting about it.
Two days later she spoke out against "hate and vandalism" against the
restaurant. As if she didn't know what was going to happen. Even the
President decided to join the bashing, and lied about it.
The
restaurant owner still receives hate mail. People even tried to make it
her fault that the whole area was suffering economical damage. BS. Many people thought she did right, and celebrated her as a person who
stood up for herself, and the area benefited economically about the
event and the consequences. People who know her - that is, the people
living in the area - gathered around her when the Right Wing assholes
decided to punish her for exercising her 1st amendment rights.
2012
Vice President Joe Biden was denied access to a bakery because of political differences. That, too, went on totally civilly and peacefully.
There was no backlash to the bakery.
Vice President Biden and his
staff said nothing about the incident, but a television reporter found
out about it, and the story was picked up by conservatives, who made the
bakery owner their hero. He was even invited to introduce the
Republican vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan at a rally.
As usual, Donnie doesn't give a crap about presenting the issue justly.
A Libertarian Defense of the Red Hen's Right to Refuse Sarah Huckabee Sanders
Now,
the second part of the claim - Sarah Huckabee Sanders went home with
her husband, but the rest of the group went to another restaurant.
Junior claims they were harassed out of that, too, by "Antifa mob",
"just minutes afterward". I haven't been able to find any reference to
that, so - I assume this is more misinformation, misunderstanding,
misrepresentation.
Now, of course it's not OK to harass other
patrons in restaurants, stores, in public, etc. But it's not that
Righties were innocent of this either.
"Senator McConnell has
been targeted multiple times, including by left-wing extremists who
stormed his home screaming “Just stab the m—f—in the heart.” Then, when
the senator posted a video of the incident, Twitter locked him out. They
locked him out for showing an attack on his house directed by the
left!"
The video showed no attacks.
There were people
gathering around the house. No-one stormed his home.
No-one was
screaming "Just stab the motherfucker in the heart". That was said by
whoever filmed the video.
Twitter "locked him out", not for showing an attack on his house, but because of a death threat to a Senator. That is explicitly forbidden by Twitter rules. They put it back after they were made aware of that the death threat was against
the person who posted it, not by him, and it was meant to make public
aware of what happened.
Yes, I know it doesn't sound at all as dramatic.
Now, November 15th hundreds of right-wing
extremists gathered to President and Mrs. Clinton's home (or stormed
it, according to Donnie boy), shouting among other things "lock her up".
This is what Chelsea Clinton tweeted: “There are Trump supporters outside my parents’ house shouting through megaphones "Lock Her Up". I just keep thinking, I hope they’re wearing masks and some day get over 2016.”
"I also felt a little sad that this is what we’ve come to,
where people are going to implicitly threaten in the dark, in the rain, a
former President and Presidential Candidate.", said one of the residents.
Yes, it is. But you care only about the fact that President and mrs Clinton are "lefties".
Mike Pence saying
"that's what democracy sounds like" is gracious, indeed. You should
listen to him. You are saying people exercising their 1st amendment
rights is harassment. (BTW, he didn't say that about the speech the cast made, but about the fact that the audience booed him when they noticed him come in. The girls with him got worried, and he calmed them down. It's OK to be booed. It's just words. Good man.)
If a bakery may tell the Vice President
that he is not welcome to the bakery, the people who wrote a musical and
who make it come to life, the people who are responsible for the
theater being able to sell tickets for hundreds of dollars, and having a
show that sells, they most certainly have the right to tell the Vice
President what they think about him.
BTW, what did they say?
Pence says he ‘wasn’t offended’ by ‘Hamilton’ as Trump continues to demand an apology
"how
uncivilized and deranged"... is it uncivilized? No, it isn't. Frankly, it was brilliant, very eloquent, and what better venue to deliver the speech? It wasn't rude, hostile or "lecturing".
In what way is it
deranged? You keep throwing words around, and I don't think they mean
what you think they mean. Like deplorable.
"By the way, though I
use the terms “lefty, leftist, and left” interchangeably with
“Democrat” in these pages, not all Democrats are leftists. Many are good
people, some even voted for my father. Unfortunately, the party has
lost its way and is now run by the leftists and the socialists."
Yeah,
and I know a lot of good Republicans. All of them voted for Biden 2020.
Unfortunately, the GOP is fighting a civil war, Right Wing
extremists against sane people, and even though there are more sane people
than Wingnuts, Repugnicans, Trumpettes, Contards and Fascists, that
latter group has the motto: "quantity beats quality". I have full confidence in that saneness and truth will prevail, and the idiots will be pushed out. Extremism is a nasty thing.
"Instead
of giving an answer, the man continued his irrational rant..."
"...incoherent screaming..." "...loud nonsense..."
considering what you
have written so far, I would very much like to have an audio recording
of this. He could just as well have answered totally coherently and
sensibly, but now we will never know. Only an idiot takes your word on it.
Frankly, is there any evidence of that this actually happened?
Or maybe you harassed his wife. He came to the table to tell you what an asshole you are, and your buddy decided to make it about politics, so of course he got confused. What does taxes have to do with you pawing his wife?
Trump Derangement Syndrome
Yeah, he is deranged.
Let me explain that word to you, right now, before everyone forgets it, and you have time to invent a whole new story.
Deranged
is having lost the ability to determine what is real and what is not
real. Like when your father says he won the election, when Joe Biden
did. A deranged person behaves in a crazy or dangerous way, like
threatening to start WWIII, throwing temper tantrums, and tweeting
angry, often incomprehensible things, and spreading conspiracy theories.
I know that "Trump derangement syndrome" is a pejorative term used to dismiss any criticism or negative reaction and
attitude to Trump, whether it is actually deserved or not, so I'm going
to ignore it. It means only that the one calling it doesn't like what
they hear, and they are trying to discredit the critics, and shut them
up. But we aren't going to shut up, are we? We aren't such whiny wussypants like you crying about people trying to silence us all the time. Even though you wish you could...
So, Donnie keeps
whining about "lefties trying to silence righties", which is total
bullshit. Gabby Giffords dares to continue speaking. Be more like Gabby.
Antifa is not a terrorist organization. It's not even an organizations. It's an umbrella term covering a lot of people, who often disagrees with each other in everything except their hatred of fascists. I can
understand that it terrifies fascists, but... you claim you're not
fascist, so what are you afraid of?
Maybe you need to learn what fascist is.
Fascism has a Great Leader. Antifa doesn't have leaders.
Fascism is based on emotions, pathos, spirit, ideas, and is against science, rationalism, questioning, fact-checking, verifying information - you have to believe in the Cause. You have to believe in the Greater Good, American Dream, Greatness of the Nation - and at the same time The Evil Enemy of the State.
Correct sources of information are the ones the Great Leader approves.
Don't question the Great Leader. The Great Leader has come, like a legendary hero, the best of the best, to lead his people from the oppression of the Evil Ones to freedom and glory, he protects them from The Evil (always the political opposition). He is worshiped, loved, admired, idolized. He is infallible. The ruler shouldn't be tied with laws, rules, traditions, and regulations, to be able to do his work which is to save his people from The Evil.
As Fascism is Nationalistic, the legends and myths that support the Leader are national romantic. They elevate the idea of the country into something amazing.
Fascism wants the elite to rule. Antifa doesn't want anyone to rule.
Fascism think democracy is only good for as long as the people votes right and does the right thing. People who start questioning the order, and trying to think independently and differently, trying to be unique, start voting "wrong", need to be eliminated for the best of the society.
Fascism thinks the strongest are the elite and meant to rule. The rich are people who have earned their higher incomes through intelligence, imagination, and hard work, and pass on these qualities to their offspring along with the wealth. The poor people are stupid, lazy moochers, good for nothing but be used as workers, to gather more wealth to the elite, and soldiers. Soldiers, militia, the police, is to be used to force people to do what they ought to do, to protect the elite from The Evil. Might makes right, and the one with most might, power, strength, money, is the best of the best.
Fascism believes in the survival of the fittest. Fascism believes weakness should be removed, with force if necessary. Weakness, non-perfection, non-ideal is not desired, and needs to be removed. Poor people are weak. Old people are weak. Sick people are weak. Odd people are weak. Different people are weak. Minorities are weak. The weak people should be thinned out, so that the society becomes stronger and better equipped to win. Fascists believe that diversity weakens the society. Everyone should be the same. Everyone should be loyal. Everyone should be perfect. If you can't be perfect, intelligent, hard-working and rich, you can compensate by being obedient and loyal. Each citizen is an object for the Great Leader to be used as he wants to, for the Greater Good.
Fascism wants the people to be a monolith, loyal group of followers, governed by the elite, controlled by a strong national identity. The ruler, for example the President, should have free hands, be obeyed absolutely, and there shouldn't be any opposition.
Fascism opposes divided power, and that undeserved would have any power. The workers should be grateful and loyal and devoted, sacrifice themselves and all they have to the higher good and to the Leader, who knows best. Unions, protests, democracy, civil rights are swearwords.
The base unit of a society is the family; mommy, daddy, children. This central unit should be traditionally religious (in Western societies Christian). The government should control the education, and the curriculum should be approved by The Great Leader and be designed to bring up good, loyal members of society. Individualism is not appreciated or encouraged.
This is the real definition of Fascism. And, I'm sorry to tell you, it fits the Trumpettes to a tee.
15th of April wasn't Patriots' Day, but the Extreme Right who rallied called it "Patriots' Day Free Speech rally". As if. Fascists like the word "patriot"...
There were a lot (500-1000 people) of both extreme right and extreme left "thugs", who started fighting.
Both groups were fighting, they were using rocks, bricks, sticks, pipes, bottles, sign and flag poles, skateboards, anything they found. Even though people were told not to bring weapons in, the police confiscated knives, sticks, baseball bats, pepper spray, mace, fireworks, from both sides. They even used trash bins as battering rams.
It wasn't just left who had weapons. Come on. Oath Keepers, Identity Evropa, Rise Above Movement, Proud Boys... do you really expect me to believe these guys wouldn't fight back and fight dirty? That these guys wouldn't expect violence?
13 people were arrested.
Eleven people were harmed in the fights. Not by Eric. He was charged with 3 counts of assault with a deadly weapon. It's not an attempted murder.
"An "ethics" professor"? You don't know that that is a real thing?
Oh, yeah, sure, you don't know what ethics are.
Is it ironic? No, it's not. You see, he considers fascists like you and your daddy such a threat to the society that he is ready to fight. I suppose you think it's ironic, because you don't really even know what ethics mean, or even have any.
Seriously, have you never heard the question "if you could kill Hitler as a baby, would you do it?"
Of course killing babies is wrong! But killing Hitler before he manages to create all... that...? Isn't it more wrong?
Or the classic: "you are in a concentration camp and a Nazi officer gives you a gun and tells you to either kill yourself or 10 other prisoners". I would try to kill the Nazi officer.
Now, Andy Ngo... I'm sorry to tell you, but Andy Ngo is a well-known con artist, who "creates" the stories he writes. I wouldn't believe one word he says.
They threw milkshakes on him. Vegan milkshakes. Oh, the horror. He didn't suffer any brain injuries. That's just Andy Ngo for you.
Of course it's not challenged by Right Wing rags, because you want him to be real. Besides, you believe anything you want to believe, verity is irrelevant. Remember, Fascists don't like facts, they like emotions, ideas, what sounds good, what can be sold to masses.
"If those had been isolated incidents..."
They are.
Also, all over the country, Fascists are organizing marches, shutting down speakers, and committing horrible acts of violence when they don't get their way. And even if they do.
And you ignore them or cheer them on. "There is no fascism, and if there is, it's the Lefties! I don't know what fascism is, but I know it's something bad, so it's the lefties!!!" "Stand back and stand by".
No, Donnie, it's not because we don't "like" to hear what you have to say, it's because what you have to say stinks. I have now read two chapters of your book, and most of it is lies or exaggerated and twisted versions of the truth.
And you have spend a lot of time whining about people being mean to you - on the internet. With words. Saying words you don't like to hear. Calling that violence and hate and trying to shut down people. "I'm attacked by an outraged mob online"
Words aren't violence, unless you don't like them.
So, to recap the 2nd chapter:
- Mueller report - exists because the Democrats were sore losers (never mind the investigation started before the election was over, because someone found out you were colluding with Russia to interfere with US politics)
- protests - because the Democrats were sore losers (but the Republicans protest when they lost because...?)
- "#Resist - because the Democrats were sore losers (never mind that words are just words. Not if it's a Democrat using them)
- angry Vegans - because the Democrats were sore losers
- a mentally handicapped man sends a letter with corn starch and tells you you're a bad man - because the Democrats were sore losers
- Congressional Baseball Game shooting - because the Democrats were sore losers (when it's a Rightie lone gunman shooting people, it's not the whole Republican party who is guilty, but when it's a Leftie lone gunman, it's the Democrats.)
- Someone responds to a nasty tweet - because the Democrats were sore losers
- Someone (uhum, the President) spreads malicious lies about a Congresswoman - because the Democrats were sore losers
- A neighbor quarrel gets out of hand - because the Democrats were sore losers
- An asshole gets spat on - because the Democrats were sore losers
- A politician gets asked to leave a restaurant - because the Democrats were sore losers (when the politician was Democrat, it had nothing to do with the Republicans being sore losers)
- people protest outside a politician's home - because the Democrats were sore losers (when the politician or celebrity is Leftie, it's not because the Republicans are sore losers. It's because the politician/celebrity is a bad egg. Oh, sorry, it's because the Democrats are horrible people.)
- twitter removes a death threat - because the Democrats were sore losers
- Hamilton cast uses their freedom of speech and speaks to the Vice President Elect - because the Democrats were sore losers
- a man starts screaming at you - because the Democrats were sore losers
- Antifa - because the Democrats were sore losers
- Antifa fights with white supremacists - because the Democrats were sore losers
- Antifa fights with fascists - because the Democrats were sore losers
- Antifa bashes a known extreme right instigator - because the Democrats were sore losers
These are not isolated incidents, all these happened because the Democrats were sore losers.
No, junior. Not on thing of these happened because the Democrats were "sore losers". Most of these things aren't even the Democrats' fault. Besides, the Democrats were gracious losers. You daddy refuses to even acknowledge the fact that he lost. You refuse to acknowledge it. Your supporters refuse to acknowledge it.
And you are doing all the stuffs you accuse the Democrats of doing. Getting on the streets whining about it, beating up counter protestors, protesting outside the houses of people who don't even have anything to do with it, attacking people on the internet. Hillary conceded. She had won the popular vote, but not the electorates, and you had been on her the whole way - YOU STILL ARE - yet she conceded. Like you do when you lose the election. Your daddy doesn't have the guts.
Talk about sore losers.
